I get it. I know this to be true — and I’m okay with it.

People don’t come to 46 64 Fitness because I offer in-person, virtual, or online training. Sure, those options are helpful. But that’s not what moves people to take action. What gets them signed up — and keeps them coming back — is results.

They’re not here for me.They’re here for them — and that’s exactly how it should be.

They Want to Lose Weight

They’ve tried doing it on their own. The latest diets. The quick fixes. Maybe even skipping meals or trying to out-exercise their eating. But the results didn’t stick.

What they wanted was to lose weight without spending hours in the gym or completely overhauling their life. What they needed was accountability, a realistic plan, and someone who actually cares that they succeed.

So, they came to me. And over 12 weeks, they didn’t just lose weight — they gained confidence. They felt good in their bodies again. Many even said they enjoyed the process (yes, really!).

Most of my clients didn’t set out to “improve shoulder mobility.” That wasn’t on their vision board. But over time, they started to notice things…
