Ruth MacGillivray is a graduate from NAIT in the Personal Fitness Trainer program. After teaching community group fitness classes for many years, Ruth decided she wants to serve people between 50 to 60 years old who want to improve mobility, strength and stability to do what they love!
Ruth has obtained certifications from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology as a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT), Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer (AFLCA-CPFT), and is also "Bone Fit" trained through Osteoporosis Canada.
